I went to see Dr. Akansha for issues I was having with anxiety and panic attacks. We used to have online session for over a six month due to ongoing pandemic situation. We discussed my issues and she provided me with many techniques, such as relaxation exercises, charting my anxiety with CBT thought log and few diet related tips to reduce my anxiety and panic attacks. Dr. Akansha was very understanding and sincere but she also made sure she held me accountable for my actions. She was a great "coach" through all of my anxiety issues. She made time for me last minute and took the time in those appointments to really examine me. Dr. Akansha tried several techniques and when those didn't work to her liking, she didn't give up. She researched more exercises. This persistence really made me feel that I was important and that she was concerned about my overall health. Today I am happy to say that with the exercises Dr. Akansha has given me, I am able to handle my anxiety in a much different way.
** ******* ** ****** **** ** **** *** ***** In the course of our I think 4 or 5month till now, she has helped me grow as a person and in dealing with myself and my traumatic experiences. Most of all she's helped me become myself again and to be open to things around me. She's someone whoes helped me pickup my self from scratch and overall I love the guidance and help she gives me.
Doctor was quite friendly during the session. She helped me express better by asking appropriate questions which also helped me dig deeper into my thoughts and actions. She helped me explore and challenge the possible reasons of why I do what I do. The overall session was quite helpful.

I wouldn't suggest anyone to go!
No grudge against the doctor but the team is just terrible!
They expect a patient to visit after a week even though the patient wants to see the doctor very badly!

I have been diagnosed with Clinical Depression, anxiety with Panic overlays 4 years ago. I changed countries,therapists and medicines but it only got worse. Multiple suicide attempts that worried my parents and impacted my job.Counselling with Ms.Akanksha Kabra has been a blessing since I now feel like I can breathe better.I was suffering with negativity, self doubt and overthinking which are well controlled now since she has taken me through deeply buried memories of my childhood where my opinions and thoughts have been shaped. I am able to understand myself and work my issues out without any psychiatrist or medication.
Her kindness,empathy and respect helped me significantly right in the first session and by fourth I have been able to do tasks and talk to people I haven't in last 5 years!
